Report a problem

Include the page address, your device and browser, the action you tried and any error message. If you attach a screenshot, remove personal details first. Never email passwords or deletion keys.

Saved greetings and privacy

You can delete links you created through Privacy & your saved links on the original browser. If you have lost access to those controls, contact us with the greeting URL and an explanation of your request. Do not send the private deletion token. We may need more information to establish which content you are entitled to manage.

Inappropriate content or artwork concerns

Use the report control on a shared greeting, or email its URL and explain the concern. For an artwork or attribution issue, identify the card and the original work so we can investigate.
