You can create and download greetings without an account. Drafts, favourites, autosave recovery, business profiles, brand kits (including saved logos), and preferences are stored in your browser on this device. These local items are not automatically uploaded to Greetlo. Data saved on another domain or device does not automatically transfer to greetlo.in. Photos are resized locally, removing the original file’s metadata.

When you create a link

Your greeting is saved on our service, including its text, styling, front/back details, and RSVP email if supplied. Uploaded photos or logos are stored separately from the greeting record. Anyone with the link can see it. Greeting pages ask search engines not to index them, but links are not password protected. Avoid including sensitive information.

Greetings remain available until you delete them. Keep the deletion controls on this device; clearing browser data removes your deletion keys. Recipients can report inappropriate content for administrator review.

Invitation RSVP

If you add an RSVP email, it is visible to anyone who opens the invitation link. The RSVP form opens the guest’s email app with their name, response and guest count. The guest must send that email to complete the reply. Greetlo does not maintain a guest-response database; sent replies are handled by the guest’s and host’s email providers.

Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics record the template identifier and action, such as a download or a share completed through the device share menu. We do not include names, messages or photos. A share-menu completion does not confirm a social post. When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may display ads on public collections and message pages. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers and browsing information to deliver and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. Advertising consent is managed separately through Google’s Privacy & messaging controls; the analytics choice below does not grant advertising consent. Local drafts and autosave

Hosting and local storage

The hosting service processes requests needed to deliver pages, images and saved links. Your browser may cache public pages and assets for the installable app. Clearing browser storage removes local drafts, preferences and deletion keys; it does not delete greetings already uploaded to the service. Delete saved greetings using the controls above before clearing those keys.

Artwork and fonts

Greetlo uses original code-based layouts, AI-created artwork, credited photographs, device fonts, and bundled Noto fonts for Hindi and Punjabi. Font licence files are included with the site. Only upload photos you have permission to use.
